Lasha Darsalia and Javier Colomina have visited the Ergneti village located along the occupation line
Javier Colomina was informed about the current situation on the ground by the representative of the State Security Service of Georgia, who spoke about the challenges of the occupation.
The First Deputy Foreign Minister, Lasha Darsalia, drew special attention to the increasing number of provocations by the Russian occupation forces, the ongoing borderization process, the erection of barbed wire fences and artificial barriers, as well as to the illegal detentions and murders of local residents.
Lasha Darsalia emphasized the need for the EU Monitoring Mission to enter the aforesaid territories and for the international humanitarian and human rights organizations to gain an unrestricted access to the occupied territories.
